Creating the Port

Define a wire port on the feed pin. A voltage source will be added to this port.

1. Select Union1.
   1. In the model tree, select Union1.
   2. In the details tree, select the wire of Union1.
2. Define a wire port using one of the following workflows:
   • On the Source/Load tab, in the Ports group, click the  Wire port icon.
   • In the details tree, a right-click context menu is available on the wire. From the drop-down list, select Create port > Wire port.
3. Under Location on wire, select Middle.

   
   

   

   
   

4. Click Create to create the port and to close the dialog.
