Stop the License Server

On Unix/Linux

  1. Log into the license server machine as root.
  2. Use the appropriate altairlmxd script in /etc/rc.d or equivalent for your platform and pass it the stop argument (e.g. /etc/init.d/altairlmxd stop).

On Windows

  1. Search for Services on your machine.
  2. In the Services dialog, right-click on Altair License Server and select Stop.
