The Current Utilization Overview page is a summary of the
features that have active checkouts at the moment that page is loaded.
By hiding the features that have no usage, this page can easily show where the
license activity is. The simple metric shown is in the format of "in use" or
"available". The features that are saturated (100% utilized) are highlighted in red
